Dirty socks found in the floor of our room. Only one wash cloth. Nice size rooms. Large heated pool. Restaurants on site. Not far from the port. Friendly staff. Shuttle service was good and on time.
Great pet friendly family / couples hotel. Location was perfect for the beach with a direct walk over to Lori Wilson park. Nice pool area to relax. The breakfast in the morning was a nice add on. Very nice sports bar to watch all the games, and very reasonable prices.
Love this hotel! Latasha was very friendly and made the check in process super easy. The hotel is pet friendly and has a large pool and onsite restaurants. The lobby was decorated with space memorabilia and the grounds were well kept. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was well equipped with a keurig coffee maker, refrigerator and charging accessories. The hotel is very close to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. We would definitely stay here again.
This location is a beautiful hotel. Its a great location to spend the night for cruising the next day.. I would actually book this hotel if I was there for a week just because it's a great place to to stay. Beautiful pool side . Wasn't loud thru the day or thru the night. It was so peaceful.
Nice hotel. Rooms are a bit dated. Have been painted and refreshed but showers and bathrooms are a bit rough and old fashioned, rusted hardware etc. Pets are allowed which is great. Breakfast is great and definately the biggest attribute here. Eggs, bagels, hot coffee, waffles etc. Clientele is well.. seedy. Pot smoke wafting through the air and air-conditioning sucks it indoors. Probably great for bar/party crowd. Resort fee on every room.
My usual requirements for any hotel room are cleanliness and location. This hotel technically had both. However, I couldn’t get over the smell emanating from the bathroom. It made the entire room smell like a gas station bathroom. A cross between a urinal and industrial toilet cleaner. Anyway, if you don’t have a strong sense of smell, this hotel has a great location to the beach, provides a quiet and safe environment, and is well priced.
Stayed 1 night for cruise the next day. We went with 2 families and both rooms were good. Very happy with the stay. Clean, good breakfast. They have shuttle to the port, and also private taxis. We used the private taxi, who took us to the port, but we also arranged for them to pick us up after our cruise. Last minute however, that driver bailed. That said, cruise terminal has lots of options, but still not very responsible.
This is a fantastic older hotel!! Clean as well as the rooms clean and nice. The staff is amazing. I wouldn't change a thing about it. This is a great place to stay
